Led Or T5 For Veg.. Which Light Grows A Faster And Stronger Plant?

I would really like to know what people think out there. Which light grows a faster and stronger plant ?

Electric sky ES300 one of the best veg/bloom lights I've seen. Doesn't produce a lot of heat. & 2 lights are equivalent to 900 w led also the area coverage is very nice
