If you mean the lighter color on the new incoming leaves..they usually are a lighter color before darkening a bit later..The brown spot looks like something like Nutes dropped on that leaf?

At 12 days old (looking good BTW)..Nutes should not be needed. I can't see them in your picture, but the little round starter leaves hold enough food for about 3 weeks of growth..Then depending on soil..nutes may start at 1/4 strength to begin..With CANNABIS..LESS=MORE..EXCEPT WITH LIGHTS")

At this point in time..I would just leave them alone..They are still uptaking nutes and will be for a week or more..just water as usual around the outer area of the pot to encourage the roots to seek out water as they grow..Always watch the NEW growth and not the older stuff (damaged older leaves will not recover).

If you see MORE crap happening in the new growth..then it is time to act. Luckily, soil is more forgiving than hydro, which can/will show stuff almost immediately.

Many a plant has been killed by too much love..Believe me..Been there myself..LOL

Day 18
I think the problem is gone . Brown spots stopped appearing. I think new leaves are in good health.
Sprayed them with magnesium sulphate 2 times and water them with biogrow 0.75ml and 0.50ml biobloom per liter water.
I accept all advices and critics.
