Moving 10-15 Seeds By Plane In My Carry On Or Via Check In?

hey all, ill be moving to santiago, chile soon, il be going out of israel with 1 stop in madrid.

i wanted to know how dangerous it is to move 10-15 seeds like that, some people say its nothing but i want to know what is the best way to do it.

is it better to transfer it with in my carry-on baggage or is it better as a check-in baggage?

someone knows about a good discrete way to do it?

do the machines and the sniffing dogs are able to discover seeds?

Man id grab some trail mix and just put the seeds in there and pick me out later. My uncle just came by and took over 100 seeds from me in his pocket

Well you won't get caught for cannabis seeds but they'll still be confiscated at customs for being foreign agriculture.
