They don't look like they have the intensity that is needed for the plants you are trying to grow. They reference 20 DLI and you'd double that in order to grow proper, and triple is for massive growth. Bottom line is they are too weak to grow cannabis.

Revisiting this after a couple months...looks like they've got a couple of T5/T8 tubes with 95 CRI, could be interesting for seedling growth.
