Sounds like there's plenty of light, so leading me to think some type of nutrient lock out causing "airy buds".
Are you checking ph on your feeds/waterings ?

No 2 1000 watt hps in an 8x8 room with only 6 plants

The tallest plant is my candy mother and she is abt 12-14 inches from the light the other ones are abt 2 feet from the light
The fact that you are using HPS then I would start leaning more towards my temperature being the problem.

Even my tops once i flushed n hung to dry theydidnt seem dense real fluffy airated. Someone told me add hammerhead to my nutes but i dont want to over nute them either lol
Are you using a record keeping thermometer near the top of your canopy? It is possible you're getting hot spikes you are unaware of.

Get a record-keeping one. I thought my temps were good too until I found out I had these hot spikes they were going up to 90 and I never even knew it
Ok ill get one tomorrow thank u. Cus i was at a loss couldnt think what i was doing wrong
