I try to stay out of these things but when I read stuff like this it just bewilders me. You represent yourself as a master gardener, you are running a 24k grow, and have likely invested some cash into growing and living in AZ. You likely have numerous patients relying on you for their meds. What always gets me on this is that the wave of the "25mile bullshit" has been cresting for some time. What have you been telling your patients? What have you been doing to protect them from having to pay 20bucks a gram plus tax? In my business I talk to people daily who didn't plan to fail.
I am not saying the interpretation of the Prop by AZDHS is the way it should be, but it is the way it is. They have defined the rules of the game. Although I do spend time and money to try and have my voice heard in various grassroots efforts to change things, I also must take care of myself and my patients. I wish I had a suggestion for you to solve this problem for you and everyone else in the same spot. And please don't put all your eggs into legalization here in AZ. Likely, I see it being passed by legislation not a proposition. Ask the people of RI what that can look like.
