Newbie Lighting "duh" Question

So honestly I feel stupid even asking this.
I dropped seeds a week ago & everything is coming up & looking very nice. I have a question about my lights. I have leds, 2 sets, & each fixture has 2 separate switches. 1 for veg & 1 for bloom.. should I only be using the veg switch or should I have them both on? I've only had the veg switch in since germination..
The seeds are autos.

Technically you can use both. But I would keep it on veg switch only for seedlings. They're a little sensitive and you don't want to blast them too hard right now. When they get a little more stronger I would throw both switches your light has a lot of blue.
