Nitrogen Toxicity

Hey guys just looking for some help, I have this plant on week 4 flower, I overdid nutes, nitrogen to be specific, my worry is, I flush her but haven't seen difference, in the development of buds, will this mess up affect my bud development? Will post pics in a few

Looks like overwatering to me. Man you defoliated those plants wayyyyy too much. I'm sorry to say this, but the defoliation is gonna have a significant reduction on your final yield.
