Passive Heatsink Question

hey @sixstring do you think this is enough heat sink? it's a rapid led pn-140mm (x2) vero 29 gen 7 cobs one each and a meanwell driver hlg-185h-c1400a. if i figured it right it should be around 200w total, but i'm not sure how to figure the heat watts.

No The 140 Is Rated For 80 Watts. I Get Atleats A 150 Or Better Yet A 160 Would Be My Choice. I never Assume Anything So I'm hoping Your Going With The 72 V Vero29 :cool:

yeah depends on which vero,37v 52v or 70v ?

if i remember right they are 69 or 70 volt. i'll look for some bigger heat sinks, this is still planning as i'm still playing with my air cooled at the moment.

yeah i would use 160mm heatsinks for those cobs,should be good to 100w passive that way
