Their over 5weeks in veg 1 week in flower but I had the lights too close so they weren't growing tall plus I saw a video cutting leafs off a plant not knowing it only good for clones

Assume your using cfl"s for light? Anything 5wks under real light would be much bigger

Get a real light, proper airflow & watch things go.

I'd buy a 150w hps. U can snag one for 70/75 on amazon or eBay.
