Chlorosis and brown tips on the saws. Have you taken a loupe and done a pest check?

No I havent! It is indoor and I have pest control for every few months so I don't think it is pest problem.

yes I just bought 3 hlg 320xl and replace it with my old light. It is stronger. Right now is around 30k-35k lux

Will it spread all over the plant? Will it affect my plant health at some sort?

White spots on your leaves is usually a sign of spider mite
