Recent Transplant Into This New 'organic Compost' Not Sure How I Feel.

I recently transplanted 3 of my plants into this 'organic compost' mix I picked up from Walmart, not sure how I feel about it. I'm afraid it may be too dense, its not a totally muddy consistency but it seems to harden like mud when it starts to dry out.

What say ye? Should I transplant them again into a different soil?

How are the plants responding?

Looks to me like the soil needs some aeration. If it was me, I’d immediately cut it about 30% to 50% with perlite or pumice.

A good combo would be 1/3rd compost, 1/3rd aeration material (perlite or pumice), and 1/3rd organic potting soil.
