Replacement 5x10 Tent Floor Liner

I’ve had a pond liner in both of my sides for going onto 2 years with little to no wear.
And different brands of liners also.
But flower has a tray sitting on top of it.

The Goodyear rubber pond liner is the way to go, it’s UV resistant. It’s made to be exposed to the elements, so it will hold up.
The only down side is it is alittle sticky /meaning you can’t slide heavy shit with rough edges.

Or you can spend some money up front and buy a ridged tray.

I actually used the stuff ur refering to (flex seal) i made a flood tray w ut.

Do you have a sheet metal shop nearby? They mass produce washing machine pans. Get a quote. You can get the depth you want also.

I've thought about using for many things but skeptical but I did use mighty mend on my bubbler! But haven't used it since 2002 or around there

So far so good...its not that old. Just built it a month ago.

I think I wanted to use it in 2015 for a tray but ended up using a plastic pallet and milled it out

Is this in the same setup that you were needing a tray for your Grow bags? Or whatever it was.

What you would do is spray it with rubbing alcohol to remove all grease. Put it right under a grow light for a few hours and then when it's nice and warm spray it with brownells clear gun enamel epoxy.

I let the can float in warm water for 30 minutes.

Polyethylene or any pvc will warp and become brittle from uv exposure.

This would last forever.

So these trays that are sold as flood to drain tables will crack and degrade?
Maybe after 5-8 years . But I think it would be time for a replacement by then.
And that’s not going to seal your metal tray from moisture for ever either.
So it’s going to die just as fast if not faster than my suggestion.

Nevermind yah a galvanized pan is going to oxidize...youre absolutely right.
