Sea Green @ Transplant?

Seedlings going from 4" pots to 1 gal bags (%50 super soil to %75) @ 3.5 wks
I have some leftover tea with sea green at half strength, would it be safe to give them for the transplant or should I stick with good ole aqua??

sea green FTW! half strength - double strength - root drench - foliar spray - cant overdo that stuff
