Seedlings Look 50/50. Any Help On Making Them Healthy??

Light too close ?? It's a 4 bulb t5 I have 12 seeds under. Approx 8 inch from seedlings .

Half look healthy half look "burnt" ... help? What am I doing /can I do. These r award winners and I want good bud lol

Watering with tap water at 80ppm right now, plants sprouted on august 26th (5 days ago)

I'd check the pH of the tap water, but otherwise that one pic only shows what looks like some physical damage received days ago. The symmetry is telling.
Were you loving them too much?
