still using 90% t5 in veg,i do have a vero fixture in veg that kicks ass @ 100w but i havent had time to build more fixtures.
why do you use t5 in veg instead of MH? is it because of heat. They really do like the t5.

all these products are chitosan based which makes it super inert and they use sneaky terms like
polimer
magnusuim
inert ingredients

chitosan is a shrimp shell extract that cloggs up bugz and makes the plant produce oils
killz all sorts of gnats and mites..... just takes a few weeks of spraying and soil drentching

show off !!
biggest grow i'v been in lately is a 90,000 sq ft green house with a 5,000 sq ft lab
they been using the fluance vyper spyder technology..... spendy but oily
give me a ring when you guyz up north get your paper work in order,
less work more pot more oil..... less manpower is the way to go
so many guyz spending to much the wrong equipment and wanting to make 50 products.
its a clown show to watch
jack danials and a good bourbon did it right

Ok so i figured i would start a new journal here just for my led stuff since it has taken over about half my grow now lol.
I been using the info gained from supraspl,growmau5,tags420 (greengenes707) and northerngrowlights.com to build a bunch of diy cob light bars.also shout out to bobbyg who has answered alot of my silly questions as of late :)
These cree led are turning out some fanfuckintastic plants and i plan to move towards a grow room with 80% cob lights and 20% gavita fixtures with both mh and hps lamps to cover all the spectrum.
Anyhow heres a few pics to kick it off and now that winter is here i should have more time to document whats goin on.

Plus I'm trying to finish building my new spot, been a busy summer so this pretty much sat idle :(

Hey six. Could you help me make a parts list to build the same lights you have? I would really appreciate it. I will be using 1x1x1/8 aluminum angle for the frames. I will probably be purchasing this from
jameco.com
or
cobkits.com
The space I'm looking to light will be a 4x4 veg
&
5x5 bloom
Thank ya Thank ya Thank ya

I was looking at this.

What do you think? I don't see how I can buy the stuff and build it for that. I might be adding wrong. They say they will ship for over a 200$ order so that's pretty sweet.

its wired to run about 3200w i think, but i run all that at a lil less than half power so around 1500w for both levels. or 750w per 4 x 10

Are you keeping the 750s in there or is the plan to replace them too?
Where? You talking about the new setup in my old spot or something else? My main room has 1k de over the tables and some day those will definitely be gone for leds

The new spot, will probably see how things go but the 750w gavita are very efficient for hps and that shop needs the heat during winter.but it should crush it for 3700w over a 9 x 12
