Tradesman Career Paths

Good afternoon,

I've made great personal progress since the last time i posted here. I am a 2nd year apprentice in both hvac and electrical. I am just curious if any of you in legal states can tell me anything more about facilities maintenance/service work. I am still looking to get my feet in the door somewhere. So a few questions:
1.Do larger gardens usually keep maintenance in-house or do they call a contractor?
2. Are there hvac/electrical companies that ONLY do growrooms?
3.Have you ever heard of a tradesman learning other aspects of the grow?

@Travis B, hey man. I've made a good life for my wife and I in the electrical trade. Stay the course with your apprenticeship.
As far as knowledge, everything you learn will potentially help you during your career. Who knows where the MJ scene will end up as far as employment opportunities. That's all unknown, but the basics are what knowledge you carry with you from employer to employer, or could end up with your own company. Good luck
