New growth almost looks as if it had extreme hopper damage yet no grasshopper in site. Not mites as we've checked it out under the microscope. Just came off a pest treatment program with avid, forbid, and an organic option before getting too far into flower. Stumped as to what is disintegrating my plants. Thoughts??

How extensive is the damage?
Is any new damage evident.
Looks like bug lunch to me.

i cant zoom in on your pics to say for sure

Treat options: https://www.almanac.com/pest/flea-beetles

test whatver mix you choose on a small area first (since youre in flower) just to make sure it dont fuck shit up. A safer option may just be to try a soap and water mix and spray that. I like Bonners Soap. But my go-to is SNS 209 as a preventative spray weekly and it's good for lots of pesty shit when things go bad..its all organic ( herbs and shit, rosemary, etc) and ok for flower too.

http://www.arbico-organics.com/product/sns-209-natural-systemic-insecticide/organic-insecticides

pop down some sticky traps too.
