Has anybody seen this problem or does anybody know what it is?

How far along are the plants? Growing medium you're using? How often do you water? What do you have to move/exchange air?

Basically, any info on your grow will help.

Stem rot. Abused that part of plant and it never fully recovered. Or not. What's really going on here? What did you do to the plant? That'll help out.

It's fussarium. It's a soil borne pathogen. Take that fucker and burn it. It's carried through genetics. Kill all clones.

Did u use some type of pesticides on them? I'm just curious as I see this is an old thread , i try to gather all the info I can before I start my new occupation.

Can confirm this is Fusarium wilt. I dont believe it is carried genetically though, I have had success growing clones from infected plants with no infection. It is soil borne and once in your plant you will likely never get it out. Burn it with fire so it doesn't spread...
