Veg, Bloom Or Full Spectrum - Autos

Hi all,

Im using a 450w LED that has the veg, bloom or full spectrum switches and Im growing a couple of autos for the first time,

With autos is it worth keeping on full spectrum or use the Veg option??

Any help would be great, im getting mind boggled
