These plants are in Moonshine man mix watered with ph 6.7 Brita filtered water. Week 5 of veg in 2 gallon fabric pots. From seed. Thinking mites but I haven't spotted one yet. I've hit them with 1:1 water: isopropyl alcohol and a potassium sorbate spray.

If it's just the 1 leaf, cut it off take it and scope it top and bottom. I don't think you have a problem, but look.

Thanks! I looked over the plant with a 5X magnifying glass to look for adult mites but had no success.
Nope not my first, I've just always been able to spot the little shits eating my plants lol! I've fought thrips, spider mites, fungus gnats, some bug I don't know the name of, and lost to root aphids awhile ago...

Finally found a spider mite egg under 60X magnification. little foggy white round egg on the under side of a leaf. I have yet to find an adult. I'm curious to see what kind of mite leaves this type of damage. The mites I had last time left small white dot patches.
