Whats Going On How Can I Save My Baby

So Its been about 2 days since I started to notice that the end of the leaves turning yellow orange and found out that I have soider mites. Is this a whole sepreate issue or are they part of the same problem. Anyone know how I can save this little one?

Those don't last and not meant too. I would maybe move the light closer, that's a lot of stretchy
