I have some lime-water on hand too that I use occasionally or use along with tap water. I find I have to use 3 tablespoons (pelletized, powdered, or combo) per gallon to achieve 250+ PPM and even then I have to use a few "glugs" into 5 gals of RO water to get around 35ppm, more than The Rev describes in his book.
The main reason I use tap water over the lime water is that I can use hot tap water to bring my RO water up a few degrees as I grow in the basement and the bubbling RO water feels pretty cold.

Decided to put one tablespoon of gypsum to a gallon of RO water. TDS 500+. Any ideas how to use or results I should expect? The plan is to use from beginning of flower to finish.

I don't know if you should be using gypsum water. Have you read anything on that?
Gypsum is calcium sulfate (calcium + sulfur) and is a great addition to soil for a slow release of sulfur. I am guessing that by adding it to water, you are releasing the sulfur all at once (hence the high ppm) and that is probably not a good idea as the addition of sulfur can be tricky. You could overdo it as well as get big changes in ph.
Dolomite lime is calcium magnesium carbonate. Cannabis uses a lot of both calcium and magnesium so that is the thing to use and dolomite lime will also help buffer your PH (bring it to neutral 7) over time. You can use the lime-water in your RO water to add some of the good and proper minerals back into your water. You could also just add cal-mag.

Edit: typed this before seeing the pictures. You don't have much time left so you probably don't have much to worry about with that grow. Lookin good!

If you want to add additional Sulfur throughout the flowering cycle you could use a top-dressing of a product like Epsoma Iron-Tone at the rate of 2 teaspoons per 3-5 gal container. It will add both sulfur and iron to help prevent early-yellowing. It will also tend to lower your soil ph a little which could be beneficial for certain strains (sativas tend to like a lower ph than indicas). I used this product on my current grow with satisfactory results, no early-yellowing (I did have some on my previous grow) or negative effects and I am hoping the sulfur could be enhancing the terpenes.
