Unless you create a proper clean room nothing is going to be 100%. But SOP is the best protection otherwise.

I always wanted a space where I had a separate room to put on cover-alls and those cool cloth booties. Imagine walking into the grow room looking like a scientist handling infectious diseases; that would be pretty cool.
