Its all about what you want to end up with and the maximum you can accomodate in your grow area. If it was me, i would flip now or at 75th day if you like, it looks good and ready.

It looks good. It depends on how much room you have and how big you want it to get. Do you know how much it will stretch since you said it is bagseed.
