Well, these been ought to acclimate quickly to our climate. Stellar lineage; let's hope I don't screw them up.

7 for 10 on paper towel/ tap water germination. The one sans bean-helmet didn't make it; I think I broke the tap root tip.

and here we go. I have to go set up a real veg room. They are under a t5 in my office propped up on the printer and a bucket... man, I'm slipping. lol

Cannabis has evolved at altitude, so should do dandy.

Anywho, best of luck, I'll be checking back in.

Yes, I have grown the parent strains out long enough to acclimate them to this altitude and climate; at least for indoor purposes. Thanks for dropping in!

Some of my top cuts throw trichomes in veg, but never this early. Pretty sure this is a good sign, since every seedling is producing them, and they are not stressed in the least. You may have to zoom in on some of the photos.

Slacking on pics! Sorry! Here they are as of tonight. Loving the indica structure; these will be bloomed with absolutely no super-cropping or training, so we can see how they are naturally. I plunked them in some hot soil, and my humidity levels are low, thus the leaf curl. Dammit, was really shooting for a stress-free test. Loving how the bottom branches are shooting up; I'll be taking cuts in a few days and then this show can really get interesting or boring...

They mostly look like the same plant, yes. I am very happy so far with these. My room smells a lot like a wet dog turd. I am hoping that translates into some good flowers, as funny as that sounds.
The coolest thing I think so far is how the lower branches are already stretching to bush the plant out. it would be nice to have a strain that needs no training.

Looks like #2 and #4 are males. 1, 3, and 5 look to be female. #6 is being stubborn. Come on, puberty! I'll post some pics tonight or tomorrow.

Kushdee was 3rd place in '09 HTCC Indica division, bred by All-Star Genetics. Description of my cut on my pollen chucking thread...

MALES:

Got two boys in the batch. #2 and #4. Both are hollow stemmed (I've heard this is indication of resin production genes vs solid-stemmed fiber-production genes). They both have visible trichomes on the stems and leaves. #2 smells more, has shorter internodal spacing, and showed sex later than his brother. These are traits I'm looking for, so I am going to reevaluate the brothers in a few days and make my final decision.
Both plants have been chopped in half, to make them easier to manage.

Girls are getting a transplant; will post pics soon.
