Got Raided. 24 Ounces And 100 Plants. How Screwed Am I?

30 of the plants were unrooted clones.

the 24 zips alone puts you over the legal 15 zips (2.5/patient x6=15 zips). im a legal caregiver with 5 patients also. 15 zips at one time of dried usable (that part is questionable in the eyes of the law) and 72 plants MAX is the legal limit for a full roster.

Your over your numbers 100 plants anything with a root counts, 24 onions too much. max #72 plant 15oz dry is max 5 patients and yourself can hold.

Did they take all of your grow equipment? Friend of mine was 'over weight' (they weighted freshly cut WET nugs from drying rack) and they jacked all his equipment.

Whatever county you the raid was in is where your charges will come from (usually in a month or two, nasty waiting game)

If the clones had any stubs, they will count them as rooted

When you are over weight, or over plant count, or anything not in guidelines of the law, they won't let you use medical defense in court.

had a signed search warrant. How they got it is beyond me, no one has even really been in my house. I guess ill find out.

If the clones did not have any stubs and you were not over plant count, then there is a section in the law that protects you against being overweight, if you were overweight for the purposes of treating your patients, but that will require a really good attorney (Like Neil Rockind, mentioned above) and will also require the judge to look over and possibly interview your patients / doctor for how much they use.

Wow man michitgan is really cracking down! :) Where are they putting all the grow equipment??? My friend lost 50 lights out there cause a pig pulled him over , did an illegal search of his car found some grow trash . Within hours they got search warrants for his houses and trashed and took everything. He found out a couple weeks ago no charges will be filed

The pricks sold them on either Ebay or Craigslist, if no charges will be filed he should go down to the property clerks office and request his property back. What property ? No one vouchered any property !!! Well back to the first part of my statement......

What's crazy is he had exactly 72 plants he was aloud to have!!! They tore out everything from cameras to grow lights! This also happened on Christmas eve!!!! What kinda fucked up shit is that!
These pigs even froze his bank accounts totally about 50g's! They unfroze those accounts but everything else they took they did not give back! It's fucking crazy imo
