mmmm ribs id do some dirty things for a rack wife has me running and on a diet im not even a big guy actually the opposite but she did buy me a new TV so I can't bitch

I been cutting down on my bad eating habits also.. I am not a big guy in the least, but honestly eating better just even through the days you have so much more energy and feel better..

Mostly when I am sweating my ass off in this harsh Murrica Heat currently.. :)

A tv ey? LOL yup better keep running buddy.. hahaha.. I would start hinting at a surround sound system next.. LOL

For Research Purpose of course and Testing. LOL

I'm just checking in and trying to catch up .
I have not heard of any of them cats but Yella wolf. So that's given me something to listen to for a bit.
Ribs are good for now but will be sore for the next day,glad that's done for ..
Turned out nice.
I see everyone's turned up tonight,getting ready for the 4th..

Lol I can wait on the surround she got a 65in Samsung curve. I agree I feel better but im fuckin starving grease is the only thing that fills me.

Yeah buddy the ole lady and myself.. Going to spend the weekend doing work around the house and outdoors..

Aka: I tell her I am going to go clean up the yard and I sneak and play with my outdoor gardens.. LOL

I feel you on the grease.. I have a guilty confession of raiding the fridge late at nights..

My excuse to mine is always I must of got too baked and blacked out and thought my blood sugar was off.. LMAO She knows I am full of shit.. Oh Well.. Just means I need to buy double of the snacks of my choice.. haha

Portion Control of course.. Don't wanna take it too far..

Have you all watched THE EQUALIZER movie?
I'm watching it for the second time and it kicks ass I must say.
How's everyone's weekend starting out? Hope it's all good..
I'm about to plant a couple in the raised beds today and move a couple more out into more sunlight.
Take it sleazy and stay breezy my friends.

I haven't seen the movie.. I will look into it for sure.. Maybe something I can sit down and smoke out and watch.. hahaha :D

Weekend is going good.. Super hot and miserable.. Dam a.c.'s running all day.. RIP my wallet..
