Vapor Pressure Deficit or VPD is a measure of the difference (or deficit) between the pressure exerted by the moisture currently in the air and the pressure at saturation. VPD units are most often expressed in standard pressure units such as millibars, kilopascals, or pounds per square inch.
is that similar to dewpoint?

You do NOT want 70% rh last few weeks in flower... i can almost guarantee problems
see an i read this an instantly I associate this with the same logic of only watering certain plants from the bottom, well how have they been surviving before we decided this? An my outside humidity is 70, I'm really not doubting charts an shit, I mean its science, however, my last indoor grow ran at 85 F an 85%humidity. Here's pics. Now again I'm not saying this Is how yo do it, or how I want it, but I had no problems, I had a journal going of it but man it caused lots of discussions an debates. Shit was dense, green, an Stoney. An its the same way I get when your only supposed to water squash, zucchini, etc from under, but I've never had a problem in the garden or the cab.

The plants have been figuring out how to landrace since b4 humans... its humans that have brought out the best traits in these plants.... tweaking humidity, light and nutes
