$12.30+ Tax. And worth every penny. I got a home brand bulkhead to put on that 18g blue bucket. Holy shit the leaks never ended. I had to use an entire tube of JB Waterweld to seal it. I did get lucky and had a Y connector floating around!!! So I don't have to drill into the bitch and each part of the Y has its own valve. Score :)

The trick is to buy them on different visits to the store. That way you don't realize they're that expensive. $12 a pop sounds much better to my ears. :)

8 Gallon, same bucket as UnderCurrent, also same netpot as UC. The lid is different. I don't like it. I'm probably going to have to reinforce it somehow.

I want the ucxl8 bucket system, but the only diffrence is i like my top feed drip ring, it aids in the roots finding thier way to the water during the first week. So i would like to have both options, so thats why i had thought about diy...

But the only reason i would even consider it is because i got to wait an hr for my ph or ec to circulate to get an accurate reading.. I would like to know it and adjust it quickly

That's true ... how does one incorporate that? I mean I suppose with two sites topfeeding initially isn't the end of the world, but would be good to know for expansion.

I glued them together, and accidentally glued the T that comes out of the control bucket backwards :mushtache: luckily I had spare parts. After I took the first pic I looked at it and thought of how a 4 site might work. Let me know your thoughts. :smoking:

Personally. I don't think you got the space for 4. I would just run 2. Top a couple times and throw a scrog net in just for support of the colas.

I Definitely don't :)
I have a 3x3 pallet I threw it on today and the back connecting pipe is about 4 inches over hang. Not even sure it'll fit in the tent as is. Might need to get rid of the small connector piping.

That sumbeach got excellent water flow! Why is it only bubbling inside the netpot in the bucket? No bubbles are escaping the netpot?
You just got the netpot sitting in the bucket with an air stone sitting in it right?
Yeah, I put the airstone inside the little pocket thing on the bottom of the netpots. I was just running hot water and chlorine through it to clean it. The air stones will be connected to a much stronger air pump when it's setup officially. Probably 2 large airstone a piece per bucket. Im hoping for lots of bubbles. :)

I have a couple little air stones in the control bucket, to kind of mix my nutrients and chems that i add, plus it keeps a good mix and my orb clean. But i dont have no air stones in my bucket. I achieve the same thing with the drip rings as the water falls back down thru the net pot and splashes into the water it aerates it, or thats what they claim! lol It has worked well for me like that. I may run some stones in a couple and see if there is a noticeable difference.. I do think i would like to go to 2" pipe and and CC bulkheads one day but i need to see this one fail me first before making the jump.
