go ahead and call me crazy brother,,but here is a home remedy that works for me,,get in your favorite chair,,lean your head back,and take your tongue and plant it on the roof of your mouth,hold it there for couple minutes with your head tilted back,,after a couple minutes relax and that head ache be gone,,i have bad siinus from sniffing gas and shit back in the day,,taken all kinds shit for migrains and this works for me,,doesnt last long some times but gives relife,,i get them so bad want to puke and when i get to that point,i do this and it works,if it comes back it isnt as bad
