Hi guys,

I’ve done extensive reading ,

Spoken to so many seasoned growers

(I’m very very new ) this is my first try,

It’s about 27 days old ,

And I can’t for the life of me, find out what the hell it is,

All the new nodes / leaves are sprouting and they have this silver shiny scarring on them ,

It looks exactly like slug trail, but it’s not on the leaf, it’s engrained into the structure !!!!!

Have you ever seen anything like it ??

I havnt spilled any water / nutrients or anything else on her ,

It’s not white powder, it doesn’t come off ,

It looks like scarring , but shiny under day light or a torch,

The best I can describe it is just like slug trail !

Many thanks 🙏

So that means it's an outdoor plant so that's probably some kind of bug damage I wouldn't worry too much about bugs on an outdoor plant, you might want to hit it with the hose & maybe spray some neem

Once a plant goes outdoors it's an outdoor plant & in my opinion its a bad practice because you're potentially bringing all kinds of bugs indoors

Yeh makes sense , I have a light reader tho, and it’s unreal even with decent lamps the difference in light to the sun , even on a cloudy day!

Thrips are quite common pest and the issue needs to be sorted asap. My advice is to use predatory mites and insecticide. Google how to get rid of thrips and ask further advice when you need to.

It’ll be hard to eradicate them but easy to get in control. BAC Vitality plus is good product for this problem if its available in your country.
