new organic grower

Hello growing community! Bringing my first organic grow to social media with the hope to increase my chances of having a successful grow and to learn from a community that has experience and the ability to give positive and yes negative feedback. Here is my set up:

Gorilla Grow 5x5
GC ROI 680e
AC Infinity fan with controller
6x16" carbon filter
2 small fans
12" circulating fan
digital humidifier
100W Equivalent LED to start seedlings - quickly switched to the ROI 680e once 3 of the 4 sprouted.
Using store bought filtered water, waiting for my RO system to get here.
7 gallon fabric pots with trays
TeaLab aerator
500 GPM air pump
Cold brew bags
5 gallon bucket

Made my own organic soil
Coast of Maine Stonington blend
Coast of Maine Kelp Meal
Coast of Maine worm castings
Local Great Bay Oyster shells, floured myself
Gaia Green all purpose and bloom fertilizer
Down to Earth bat guano
Down to Earth Alfalfa meal
Organic neem cake
Organic rice hulls
Vermiculite
Diatomaceous earth
Mycorrhiza
Mixed my soil and let it cook for a few weeks

Seeds are:
Hot Blond Fem from Blue Forest Farm - High CBD/Low THC flower
White Widow Fem from ILGM

Going for two goals, making a high CBD flower and some medicine for my personal use!
Trying two different soils to start, used a local organic seedling soil and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend and having drastic results, one of the WW in the COM blend is going nuts, sprouted first, the second is moving slow.

I had to germinate two new HB after the first two seeds wouldn't germinate. Those are only 3 days old and also growing at much different rates.

After 7 days for the WWE and 3 days for the HB here they are: not sure why the 4th one hasn't broken the surface, any thoughts? More pictures to follow, please let me know if anyone has any advice or methods they would like to share to aid in the process. Thank you!

Man, there are a lot of ingredients in that soil. I really like the idea of organic, self feeding soils but I only tend to do that outside in the veggie garden. I've been a bit hesitant to do it for a short run, 90 day container with Cannabis in it. I'm a fan of CBD strains as well. Hope to see your grow updates, enjoy!

Love this. I myself have tried my hand a soil build so this is right up my street. I wish you good luck. You got a ton of microbial activity in there. Ticking all the boxes. You just going to water?

Yeah, we will see, should be able just water and a few compost teas, all designed to mimic the outside world.

Put a little more water on the fourth and cover the cup with a baggie to keep it from drying out til it germinates.
