Hey all, I'm growing in 70/30 coco/perlite and am following week 2 of the feeding schedule. I was late by a few days with feeding full strength nutes when I started so I did have some magnesium issues.

Just transplanted from 1 gal into 3 gal. Checking the plants today 2 showed similar spots and one had what looks like maybe some light burn from water on the leaves. The other two seem to be having a nutrient issue. Any advice? Runoff readings have been good for the most part and Aqua Man has been giving some great advice too.

i cant remember who, but a member here posted this, and i found it useful to use to get the info folks here like

1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
2. How old are your plants?
3. How tall are your plants?
4. What size containers are they planted in?
5. What is your soil mix?
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use?
7. What is the pH of your water?
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
14. What is the pH of the soil?
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
16. How much experience do you have growing?

Additional Feeding will help. CalMag included.
I hope your not watering till runoff yet?
Some big pots. And small girls still.

How big are those pots? Look like 3g.
my plants would still be in 1g at that size, so I could water till runoff.

But doesn't the dry coco affect pH?
Also coco has good oxygen exchange so can't the plant handle the overwatering?
It’s not about what the plant can handle.
its about what causes the best growing conditions for the plant to thrive.

That's where the smaller pots come into place. You can water those to runoff while maintaining good oxygen capacity. You just have to water them more frequently.

My gut tells me too much water being pushed, deficiency’s ensued. Leaves plump, wilty. Do the girls leaves ever up and pray?
You ph your feeds?
Runoff?

This looks exactly like my current plant just before I had light stress. Maybe you're pumping it too hard without other parameters perfected?

I'll have to look at my journal at home but overall my runoff levels, ppm, ec, ph have been bang on, I check runoff daily. I'm using Advanced Nutrients. I'm pretty sure they're just ready for a bit more food the more research I've been doing. Leaves haven't been droopy at all, tiny bit after watering but otherwise praying all the time. This pic was just after feeding plus I literally transplanted 3 of these 9 or 10 hours before the pic.

Ok. If your parameters are good. Up the calmag and watch new leaves for recovery.
Sure looks like a lockout to me.

For shits and giggles.
why not up the ph of your next couple feeds to 7.
it will help. Trust me.
It will help with the ph drift, and increase mag uptake.
