Update:
Seems these cyclamen mites aka broad mites reproduce faster than Im able to kill.

Ive killed my 2 large wifi and arc moms today.

Ive only kept plants that I can fully submerge.

After inspection of leaf undersides no adults present yet eggs everywhere again.

the nymph stage of these mites live inside the stems and leave.

I’m aware this thread is old.
Tough go. Be careful using all those Chems. Gloves & respirator. Most of those chems get right into the blood stream with skin contact. Nasty shit.

avid has worked for me in Hawaii outdoors.
I’m back in the northeast indoors and am battling them. Caught things early and still considering scrapping everything.
sulfur helps as well as predators.

When I saw damage... early damage... ( from what I’ve seen over the last couple years even if you think you caught it early and are seeing signs there populations are already LRG. )
Day 1 wettable sulfur 1.5 tablespoons/32 ozs of water w/ few drops dish soap.

Day 2: day off

Day 3: conserve sc 4 ml/ gallon

Day 4: off

Day 5: same sulfur solution

Day 6 off

Day 7 off

Day 8 50,ooo cucumeris predator mites

Day 8-12 just observing.

I have 60 fem seeds from a breeder buddy of mineon Maui.

sunset sherbet
GMO
GG4
98 widow
All crossed by Maui staple skunk dog.

I have tried to keep things organic but do have a bottle of avid in the shelf and am going to be doing a dunk because I’m not seeing total eradication from my methods so far.

I haven’t seen a living adult once throughout this just what appear to be eggs and the classic symptoms. Ie leaf curling leaf blistering “heat stress” phantom magnesium def. slow stunted growth. .... leaf mutation... you name it.

I’ll let ya know how my battle goes.

I’ve been battling these guys for over a month now and this is the best info I’ve read so far... to bad it’s years old now, I’d be curious if you ever got them eradicated?

Avid, and rotate with Forbid, and it will kill all of them. Dont use in flowering, and Forbid will stay in the plant 70 days.

Avid will kill them on its own, but if any happen to survive, they will be immune, thus why its important to rotate them.

Man I tried predatory mites... twice now I’ve already tossed the garden, heat treated for a whole day and I did that twice. I also bleached everything, then fogged the rooms with bleach again.I waited 3 weeks to germinate new seeds and I’m extremely sad to say that I noticed eggs immediately after they sprouted!! I’m sooo frustrated with all this, I’ve read many great things about nuke em and have been using that the past 3 days and it’s been keeping the damage down. I also have some Abamectin that I plan on using when they get a bit bigger but man what I’m really worried about is that my whole house in contaminated with them cause I’ve been walking in and out of the grow room. Does anybody know if this is possible, like would they just be all over my house or I’ve done extensive research and have never read about anybody having to worry about them being anywhere others then the grow area. Idk guys but I wouldn’t wish these guys on my worst enemy, any info on how to these things would be very helpful. I would imagine since there just seedlings it shouldn’t be to hard to kill them all... if there only where there food supply is.

first off rule out all other variables that could be contributing to the damage your seeing.

make sure what your looking at aren’t Cecile trichomes.

abamectin I would not use in your house and if you do decide to go that route dunk them when there small and manageable or your gunna gas yourself with some nasty shit.
Post some photos of damage.

Yeah I did dunk them but I’m afraid that I used way to low of a dose considering nugteq was using 9ml a gallon. I did 4 drops in a quart. When can I re apply?

You can re apply in a few days. But they’ll build resistance if you use the same product over and over and I’m not sure if you can cross up abamectin and nuke em hopefully someone else can chime in that knows more. I believe the going rate for avid is 1.8 ml/gal so that’s what I would be shooting for. I’d be curious to see some pictures of your ladies. Keep your head up man everyone seems to be dealing with these bastards now a days.

sulfur is a low key way to defeat the little bastards as well.
I can’t say enough good things about sulfur. They can’t become immune and it’s an element the plants enjoy.

If you have the time and resources look up Cali clean basically pepper spray and I’ve had success with that as wellX also I don’t know where you got your predators from in the past but I highly ( insert pun) recommend natures good guys special blend predatory mites.
I would go avid full strength
3rd day sulfur
3rd day predators
3rd day predators
Repeat.

Also conserve sc is a spinosad product that people have been claiming victory with.

Also regalia , grand evo key is consistency & rotation ..... and coverage. Post some photos brotha

Ok now this is crazy, I’ve use avid, forbid,Askari and nuke em and these guys will not stop multiplying. I just found out about the slow release pouches they offer, I used the quick release from arbico organics and didn’t see much a difference. Also I don’t remember if I mentioned that these are all 3 week old seedlings so I don’t know if it would just be easier to just start over or what? I don’t want to and was thinking of just ordering the 100 pouches and just control them all the way to harvest.
