2 Grow Rooms or 1 Veg and 1 Flower?

I know that 4 plants in a 3x3x8 is too much. For me. Leaves me no room to work and I do not want that issue again.

I can always use plastic sheeting or something to partition or section off part of the bedroom if you think using an 8x10 space would be silly.
3 x 3 = 9 square feet or 2.25 square feet per plant with 4 plants,
5 x 9 = 45 square feet or with 12 plants 3.75 square feet per plant. It works no problem. 18 plants will even fit in there nicely.
when you say work, if you go with an auto feed system and use netting you only need to get into the tent to defoliate the plant with stops at week 3 of flower.

I imagine most property managers and firms who are on top of their game will have an addendum to the lease stating cannabis cultivation isn't allowed. FRBO seems the more likely place you are to get away with growing in a rental.

no not really because they can mess with you if they want. You will have to check for your state but I believe the owner has the right to enter the apartment anytime they want. Also just because growing weed is legal it does not mean the owner cannot do as he pleases. Meaning he can put a clause into the lease agreement forbidding the growing of weed. If you sign the contract, he has the right to take you to court and he will win. The court does not protect you from a contract.

Hmm this gives me something to chew on. I really don't want to buy another Tent when I feel like I would be saving a good chunk of money by just using the entire bedroom. Thanks for pointing out the Pros of using a Tent.

BUT if I did get a 9x5 I could set that up AND my 3x3 in the same room.....

Well no shit. I wouldn't sign a lease that said No Growing Weed and then attempt to setup a Grow Room.

At this point you're just talking out of your ass. I don't like when people pretend to know about stuff they don't. This is now making me question everything you have said.

You may know a thing or two about weed but its clear you know nothing about the law in regards to contracts and leases

I'm pretty sure I could grow 12 plants with $400. LOL we were all young once and did dumb things like growing in a rental. You're lucky, all they can do is sue you. If I had got caught it would have been 10-20 years at least. Oh and grow tents hadn't been invented yet.

Research means physically getting into documents and understanding what may or may not happen. Being I am in another state do you really think I am going to do that for you? Get off your back side and find out. I just had this happen to me this week with property lines and I had to do the research.
Secondly, a contract can have clauses that are not legal because it is a binding document.
You got 2 ears and one mouth, use them in the amount you were provided.

Based on your username I imagine you are a few years older than me... I am in my early 40s and I say all the time it blows my mind just how far and fast the perception of cannabis has come blows my mind. The fear of 10-20 has kept me from growing even a single plant up to date. Can't wait for July 1st

In most states they have to give 24 hrs notice to inspect- unless there an emergency like flood or fire.

My landlord has been inside and done their inspection during my grow... they didn't say shit to me

They actually did their inspections on 4/20
