It also looks to me that you're not watering properly. I highly recommend this thread:

Its the miricle grow, not only do they * put sodium in there mix (salt) they infuse it with food so everytime you water you feed not good, i got miricle grow organic bc my guy was out of ffof and still is bc of supply chain issues due to flu, just now all i could get were 2 small bags of happy frog, anyway i flushed the mix for a good while trying to flush the food out bc i found a bean on floor and they cost $25 bucks so not knowing what the strain was broke 2 major rules, transplanted an auto and putting it in that garbage, the ph was constantly high, could not feed and did not know what it was, i had to keep useing white vinegar to lower ph, in the end the leaf was kind of yellow but did get a bit of bud, you need to grow your weed in dirt made for it, fox farm, pro mix ect, if they were mine i would start over, but if you want to try and save first flush plant, 2nd check ph it will be off, 3 correct it, white vinegar will lower put a small splash in a 16oz cup of water stir and give to plants go light you can allways add a bit more, if ph is low a tea spoon of baking soda in a 16oz cup of water will raise ph same drill you can allways add more, you want your ph at 6.2 at that point leave them alone after they recover they may have a nitro deficiency or cal mag but first try and stabilize them, after that next time they need water check ph that will tell you if your on the right track and observe the plants for any deficiency who knows you may save them life finds a way, i would give nothing but water till time to bloom just keep them wet and there ph straight, righ now your plants are locked out, pic is unknown auto that got transplanted to miricle grow, good luck.

Just to clear some stuff up. Miracle gro contains next to no sodium and sodium is actually a micronutrient. Grated to much is very bad for plants. Everyone's tap water has sodium in it.

Salt is basically every fertilizer even organic once broken down. Plants will Only take up nutrients in salt form (ionic form) it's the ratio and concentrations that may be an issue.

The drainage is definitely poor for cannabis.

I would never ever use vinegar as a ph down that has lots of sodium in it also. It's also almost 0 effect on ph once it hits the media as all these soil have buffering agents in them.

Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate also a very bad choice for ph buffering because it actually contains a LOT of sodium. In a pinch maybe but no a long term use and again not needed in a ph buffered soil.

If the pH is low using a small amount of hydrated lime will help but be very cautious as while it acts fairly quickly compared to dolomite lime it does take some time before you actually see the final results.

Don't read the ppm of slow release or organically amended soils they can be well over 2000ppm and be absolutely fine.

a relatively inexpensive way to go is get a bag of natures living soil concentrate, and bushdoctor coco loco. use it as it says. no nutes or additives needed. just water with day old tap water, no need to ph or check runoffs. and grow.

use bag pots, they are lots better in both initial cost and health of plant.

if you want to invest in something, invest in a good LED. i say LED because of the heat factor. cooling costs. but any good light is where you can make the most impact with your dollars. stay away from purple (thats just me hating on purple)

you might save them if you get the soil and repot them. i think it'll work wonders.
