MarsHydro TS100 grow tent HELP please

Hi guys so I’m new here. I just got a MarsHydro ts1000 indoor grow tent for my cannabis. I started my plants on a window sill for the first 4 weeks when I didn’t have the tent and they were growing fine and looked very healthy. I moved them into the tent when I got it and they have become very droopy and sad looking. I don’t know if the light is on too high if a setting, if it’s too close to the plants or whatnot so if someone can help me that would be much appreciated. I don’t think I’m over/under watering them but I honestly don’t know.(the pictures of them in the cardboard box are before the tent)

Towards the end of the light period they will have a look like they are drooping it is normal for them they are getting a dark period? The light is recommended for 18/12” it will be okay to be a bit higher in this stage and turn the dimmer down to a lower level and then you will be able to watch the plants and the response from the light and slowly increase the level this is something that I am learning myself from the seasoned growers that are here and it is better for them and the cost for you the plants may be adjusting to the new light of your garden they have been in a very different light temperature of your garden and the humidity level is good? You need to be 22/27 more on the top end of this and humidity level you will be better at the 50%-65ish nice airflow is important for the ladies they don’t need to be in a blazing light you will fry them keep your eye on them and the way they are reacting to their new home they are very delicate at this point they will need a nice environment to grow little water and if they are in soil it will feed them for the first few weeks and then start using the nutes when they grow up and the nutes only need to be a light feed to begin with and as they grow the nutes can be increased to the right level very little hands on at this point but keep your eyes open for any reason they need a stable environment that is the light not to much air in your garden and temperature and the water keep the basics in the groove they will be sound peace
