This is my first year as a grower and my pride and joy plant has a few leaves that look like this:

I am so worried it’s diseased. It started with this branch, and I see it starting on others. It’s just this one plant. Please help!

Need more infos and a better pic without that light... how much do you feed it, how often you water, did you ph your water, you see some pests? light seems very close to that leaf, but might be the pic.

That looks like a water drop in the pic. I suspect over watering but it's difficult to know in this color light.
Regular light won't hurt them.

Oops, sorry! so I water it about once every 4/5 days when the meter is in the red, I have these babies in a growing tent with 2 purple LED and one full spectrum LED. I use liquid fertilizer from general hydroponics. Yes the light is close, I thought maybe it was from the light but I am seeing it spread to leaves that aren’t close to the light. there are these little gnats in the tent that I honestly have no idea where they came from or how to get rid of them, or if they are bothering the plants. I have 4 other marijuana plants in this tent with the same conditions, but this one plant is about triple the size of all the others. I don’t know what type of plant it is, we just saved a bunch of seeds over the time and used those but it smells lemony. This is my first time so I really have no idea what I am doing, I really appreciate it

Thank you, when you say “regular light” do you mean just sitting out under the house lights? I do have a strong full spectrum light that isn’t in the tent, but I feel like I have to keep my marijuana plants in the tent

Check better what kind of gnats are these, i had big problems with fungus gnats... I don't know how many you have in there, but if there are many and you don't know where they come from, it's because they are putting their eggs in your soil and the larvae eat your roots (check if they are on your pots).
First impression is over watering, i usually wait for the first 5 cm of the pot to be dry.

Full spectrum or White light is what we need to make a good diagnosis. The red/blue blurples are terrible for figuring things out.
The full spectrum won't hurt, it will likely make them grow faster. Keeping them in the tent is fine.

How did you deal with your fungal gnats? I’m pretty sure that may be the type, I do see them on the dirt. I will figure out how to get a better picture with better light

Fungus gnats are fairly easy to get rid of.
Stop overwatering and let the top 2 inches (at least) of soil dry out before watering.
Fungus gnats breed in the pockets of water collected in the top inch.

I’m looking up things about it on Google, would a spray like ortho home defense fly killer with essential oils be bad for the plant? The soil is fox farms and has a lot of organic material, so I feel like I have to spray the soil with something? I appreciate all the advice

You don't have to spray anything. Till up the top inch of soil. That's where the eggs are. Get them in the light and they won't hatch. Deprive them of water and they don't breed.

If you won't be happy until you spray it with something, then use Lost Coast Plant therapy. Spray the soil and till it in.

I had an infestation of these gnats and also several methods to get rid of them, the ones that worked best for me are an excellent airflow in the tent so that they cannot fly freely and settle on the soil, I also used beneficial nematodes (Steinernema feltiae) to kill the larvae in the ground or bti, but I really had many... usually they are attracted by wet conditions, when the surface of the soil remains too wet they arrive to lay eggs, let it dry.

I circled the leaves that are looking off, the bright light makes such a difference! The big leaf with the most damage has looked funky for quite sometime, started off yellow and I thought I ’burned’ it by being too close to a light, seeing the two other sets of leaves start to turn makes me question that. How often do yous water your plants on average? I put some apple cider vinegar and dish soap in a dish with plastic wrap and placed it in the tent to help with the gnats for now

That looks like heat stress and over-watering.
Possibly something in the root zone, but lets check the water and heat first.
What are your temps inside the tent?
How close is the light to the tops of the plants?
What kind and power of light do you have?
How many fans do you have in the tent?

Oh gosh, I don’t know what the temperature is, and it has no fans in it. How can I measure the temperature? Are the fans important? There is condensation on the inside of the tent, it does feel humid. The light sources are all LED, two are 3&4 purple pronged clip on lights, the other one is a full spectrum LED light (that shows mostly purple too). I do have a water meter, and I only water this plant when it gets to the red once every few days. It used to be once every 5-7 days, but now this one plant is drinking more it seems like.

You need to bring the humidity waaay down. Condensation is really bad. Get you some inexpensive digital thermometers and put one on the tent floor, one at the height of the tops of the plants and one at the top.
Put a fan inside the tent to move air and prevent mold and other diseases. The fan also helps to make the plant physically stronger.
Lets have some pix of your lights? What kind are you running? What wattage are they?

Aaah okay heres what the light set up looks like, they are all LED. The top hanging one is 20W, and the purple one on the right is 60W, I can’t find the wattage for the one on the left it has 1 more prong that the one on the right. Would this fan work?? I really appreciate you taking the time to help, thank you!
