wpm? milk residue? should i just chopem down and be done

after about a month im not sure if i should just kill these plants are keep going im at a point where i cant tell if this is wpm or milk residue left behind after being sprayed with milk ? first 3 pics are what it looked like starting out about a month ago last pics are today

these are from today i have sprayed them a few time with milk and water and 2 times with safer bt

Couple Different ways to slow it down try some neem oil to start if you want to be organic I use Karanja oil Cease and compost teas works WELL but looks like you need something REALLY strong for that whatever don't clip off the leaves before you spray it it WILL get in the plant through the open sores you created from clipping Good luck Prevent not Cure!

https://www.flyingskull.net/Flying-Skull-Rx10-8-os.html there is this stuff. Made just for your kind of issue.. not saying it will work. Or even arrive on time. But. This is a potent plant wash. If you want to save it. This would be my choice.
