I'll be doing a bigger table next grow and had not even thought about separation of the bags. That's a good idea. I have the girls sitting on little racks for drainage, but they are all squished together-and quite moist if I push a finger between the pots halfway down. Great idea, especially since 12 flowering plants and 12 vegging are the legal limits here. I guess I was lucky to not have any problems until near the end.

Nematodes are what I've battled in previous gardens. Whoda thought they would be helpful?

I never thought that growing my own would be so much fun. I know that I've been incredibly fortunate with my first crop, but I've also put in at least 100 hours working on them, not including my multiple daily conversations with them. I'm gonna miss them, especially since I won't start my next grow until Autumn.

I may be wrong about the nematodes as it's been a few decades. But every time I started an outdoor garden, the tomatoes and other veggies would grow like a house afire. But then they would start dying. I would look at the roots and they all had these little nodules that someone told me were nematodes.

I didn't do any better with houseplants, either.

I know if it weren't for all the help and info online, things would have been a lot less fun!
