2 plants and a clone not performing too well after i gave them their first batch of early flower nutes. i mix my own with bone meal bat guano and molasses and i’m 100% sure i did the math correctly to balance the npk. i’d been giving it nutes during veg and all of them shot up after every dose (every other week) but it just did poorly after i switched to flower nutes. also worth noting i had about 2-3 weeks (before i gave it flower nutes) where it wasn’t getting any veg nutes bc i was fighting a couple of persistent thrip colonies and some budworms. here’s a few photos btw it’s under 12/12 250w light and they get turned 180º every day. any help would be greatly appreciated <3

PS any recommendations on soil would be nice i’m a noob using moisture control soil with no pre-added fert

that branch was getting light 50% of the time (when i would rotate them). there were two other lower branches on the clone that died just like this one. the one with the shriveled branch is the clone btw and it’s directly under the light (250w about 3 - 3½ ft away) bc it’s the smallest. the clone definitely got a little light burn but that was weeks ago and i moved the light higher up after i noticed. it’s gotten worse since i gave it flower nutes and the newest leaves on the clone turned glossy. the clone is definitely in the worst shape but the smaller female i have is in bad shape too and i would rly hate to lose her ):

When you changed to flower did you reduce the nutes? Or did you increase the light power (intensity)?

i changed the nutes entirely and switched to 12/12 instead of 18/6 light cycle is that not right? changed from a nitrogen-heavy nute mix to a phosphorus-heavy mix. i can give you the npks if you want

nah i’ve had it the same the whole grow. the only difference was when they were just sprouting i had them under a very low watt bulb
Turn the lights up. When you change to flower, your DLI changed and that changes what and how much you feed. The lower your DLI, the less food the plant needs. You overfeed and it causes a lockout.
