I'm going to plant a feminized autoflower seed bought from dutch-passion and I would like to get seeds out of it.

My goal is to produce pollen from one branch and to pollinate the other branches' flowers with it to produce seeds

As I've understood, I either need to spray STS, Colloidal Silver or Gibberellic acid on one branch to achieve this.
What is not clear to me is when should I do this as the majority of the tutorials are for photoperiodics.
I've only found this tutorial for producing seeds with STS on autoflowers but I don't know if the process is the same for the other chemicals.

Could anyone make it clearer for me, give me suggestions or explain the process?

I've also found these threads but they're not specific to autos:
https://www.invalid.com/t/seed-production-a-tutorial.20319/
https://www.thcfarmer.com/threads/how-to-create-feminized-seeds-by-dgl.79579/

Thanks for any help and sorry for any eventual grammatical errors, english is not my mothertongue.

I tried buying colloidal silver, then making colloidal silver and got nowhere. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I kept checking my PPM and it seemed to never change after a while. But using STS based on this article worked:
https://steemit.com/cannabis/@thecl...abis-pollen-featuring-the-gorgeous-early-dane . I've seen that article a few places on the internet, so people must like it. The STS is more toxic that colloidal silver but you only have to spray every 5 days for like 3 or 4 times. Colloidal silver has to be sprayed every day. I just wore my flu mask and some safety glasses and sprayed the plants in the garage and came back an hour or so later. I sprayed several photoperiod plants and an Auto Zkittlez. I did get some pollen off the Auto Zkittlez but I think I started spraying it too late. The instructions said to wait for some female flowers to show up, but I was waiting for all the photoperiod ones too, meanwhile my Zkittles was perhaps halfway done blooming by the time I sprayed it. Next time I'm not going to wait to verify female status on autoflowers. I didn't try an individual branch but that would have been a good idea. There was no need for me to spray the tops of all the plants because a single branch made more than enough pollen.

I have a gorilla glue autoflower that I just reversed with home made colloidal silver.
I sprayed every 3 days or so for a couple weeks even before seeing the first pistils.
It was a huge success and I got plenty of pollen producing male flowers and the female flowers are now pollinated. 4 or 5 more weeks to go and she'll be done.
The cost of 1 small ass bottle of colloidal silver is pretty much what it cost for me to get everything I needed to make it so now I pretty much have an unlimited amount of colloidal silver. I think I spent around $30 and I used an old ryobi 18 volt power supply to power it. Also converted the base of the power supply to work using a ryobi battery. Just pop the battery in and it starts working so I can either plug it into the wall or use the battery.
It was all pretty simple and I just let it cook or whatever it is doing for about an hour and a half. Filtered with coffee filters and it was good to go.

Also, ppm can't measure the amount of colloidal silver. I can't remember how to explain it but I've read this in multiple different places.
Just look up colloidal silver ppm and you'll find plenty of explanations on it.

If you have the ability to accurately weigh and mix a few chemicals, STS is very cheap to make and the easiest to use. A $50 investment of chemicals will make like 2.5 gallons of spray strength 2 ppm STS. You cannot mix it until ready to use, tho. (30 day window). You can titrate the part A and B stock solutions, but don’t mix the two until time to start using. I make 100 ml stock solutions and mix up 250 ml of finished solution at a time.

I have since gotten pollen off another Auto Zkittlez but didn't wait this time. I had pinched the growing points off to create stronger side branches. When 4 side branches were formed I chose one about 2 to3 inches long to start spraying. I used some tissue paper to make a little funnel so the rest of the plant wouldn't be sprayed. I only sprayed STS 3 times, 5 days apart. Once male flowers started to open I cut off the branch put in a vase with water and moved to to a far away room. I collected pollen for about a week before tossing the branch. I got lots of pollen. I was worried about maybe inbreeding if I made seeds on the same plants as the pollen came from. So what I did was have Auto Zkittlez from a different breeder and used that plant as the female parent.

That is amazing I've been wondering how to get that pollen from the one branch without pollinating the whole plant. In gonna definitely try the vase trick. That pollen was viable?
