I have a grow facility that has 8 separate rooms. 2 veg rooms and 6 separate flower rooms. This is a tricky problem because everyone I’m asking seems to not know what’s going on. On one side with 3 flower rooms everything comes out great but on the other side with the 3 other flower rooms I’m having a huge problem with the plants. They dnt come out as good and the plants seem stressed. Eveything about the 6 flower rooms are exactly the same. Each room has 12 gavita lights with 1 five ton AC. A dehumidifier and a CO2 burner. They each have about 10 fans also. In each room there are two rows of 6 lights. The only difference between the rooms is that the rows r about 8-10 feet apart on the good side and about 4-5 feet apart on the bad side. On the good side plants yield great and plants look healthy and happy. On the bad side they dnt yield nearly as much look unhappy and stressed and quality is not there either. Fam leaves r light light green and you see some clawing action in them. All the rooms have built in drains as well. I will try to upload some videos. Please if anyone has any idea of what’s going on anything at all please lmk. I’m wondering if it could have anything to do with the lighting. That’s what I’m leaning towards but I’ve already tried a few thin gg s that haven’t worked. I’ve tried growing at a lower wattage tried turning a couple lights off in each rooms. Nothing has worked. Assume everything else is the same. Temp. Humidity. CO2 levels and even feeding is all the same.

I have no experience running a sealed room, however I have read that VOCs coming from everyday objects in sealed rooms can cause problems (for example particle board). Ill let others chime in but I would look to see what you have in the room/what the walls are made of/if you painted any of the rooms at different times.

If this is the issue ventilating the rooms a couple times a day should help based on what I have seen recommended to others.

Have you heard anything about a air purifier? If something like that in the rooms would work?

I have no experience with this problem so I cant say this will work. Based on the theory that its the VOCs offgasing you should be able to easily counteract this with a carbon filter like you would use for smell. Take it with a lot of salt though this is based on what I have read and heard second hand, not what I have personally experienced.

I wonder if one of the built in drains has mold or something that's infecting them?

Air purifiers are good, get one with an led that shows different colors according to air quality, if it lights up red then the air could be bad.

But yeah what a weird problem...hope you manage to sort it out best of luck!
