Are you willing to share your recipe?
Yes. The Recipe i followed was the youtube video in my post. I followed everything she did to a T. For the coconut oil. I decarbed a half ounce of frosty leaf trim at 180 degrees for almost 2 hours. Not sure if this is a good method or not. It's just what's worked for us for many years. I then put the trim in the oil and got it to about 320 and let it sit for 2 hours. it turns dark green. I strain it really good through a gold coffee filter. The gummy recipe in the video is really easy. Its 2 packs of Knox original gelatin to one pack of jello. I'm doing this off the top of my head so you might want to double check the measurements with the video. get a quarter cup of water to boil add 2 tablespoon of your infused coconut oil. whisk really well keep whisking the entire time making these. once boiling and whisked really well add 2 packs of knox original gelatin whisk well again then remove from heat and add Jello packet. SPRAY your mold and pour let sit in fridge over the night.

Chocolate has lecithin in it. Don't really need to add lecithin if you're using chocolate.
I use 1 tbsp of powdered sunflower lecithin per cup of MCT or coconut oil when I make my caps. To that I'll add anywhere from 10-15g of oil extract.

Do
Eats 100 50 mg edibles to prove point. Feels nothing. Gets angry. Still doesn't know why. Cries.
300mg of some sativa with chocolate..
I kinda bypassed what everyone else has posted on this topic. But in my experience since I have been at this since 1991. We never used to decarb our trim before making medibles. It wasn't until around 2012 some time I think that we started to decarb. I do notice a big difference between the two. Especially when cooking with narrow leaf cultivars. A cultivar you would think would get you up and moving will be super couch lock after a good decarb. I just made these gummies because I'm on vacation down South and didn't want to bring a couple ounces of flower. They came out amazing super relaxing and super stoney. It takes just one. I used a half ounce of Texada Timewarp Trim and a little over a quarter cup of coconut oil. It only takes one to get you good and 2 to floor you. I did forget to spray my silicon mold and wow was it hard getting some of them out. I used this video from youtube to make them. They are very stable and don't melt when sitting out.

I've been cooking it in coconut oil 1hr+ then strained before I add chocolate chips, maybe some raisins, almonds, & or peanut butter...let harden...wife eats a 1.5 x1.5" x 3/8" slab at night to sleep....If lecithin adds oomph I thought wtf....But if Chocolate has it already then save the cash....tks

Nope I can’t back it up with anything but people around me trying the recipe from Aqua / shhzzz still didn’t do much for me but most family members said they could tell the difference the recipe is posted here somewhere , I may still have it.

Might be a dumb question but i assume liquid sunflower lecithin works just as well as the powdered?

I don't know what all this nonsense is about how there are people on here that cant get high with edibles. You should come to my house I will get you high as fuck I call it the kitchen sink run. I take all of my saved rosin press filter pucks and I put them in my freezer. Lots of different strains sativa and indica all the squashed filter pucks of dozens of strains get saved. Then when its edible making time I take them and use scissors to cut the rock hard pucks out from the filter bags. Put them all in a food processor and chop them up a bit. Pour the whole thing into large cooking pot then add cooking oil. I put it on my stove at the lowest flame that my stovetop can make without it going out. Low and slow. I let it go for hours it starts permeating the whole house with cannabis aroma. like what was said before you will see tiny bubbles as it simmers real low. Once finished I use cheese cloth to strain out the solids and what is left over is cooking oil that looks emerald green. I put it in mason jars and keep it in the fridge. I use the oil to bake with I make mini banana nut and spiced muffins. One muffin the size of a golf ball will get you higher than a fucking kite your heart will be racing. Pounding like the fist of God, I actually ate one of those about an hour ago LOL 😎 😅

Thank you. Definitely going to try it. I have quarts of coconut oil that each had over two ounce of bud in them. No original decarbing as I felt the cooking in the coconut oil was enough. The oil alone is enough to do anything you want but my previous gummys were so bad they hit the trash can. Thanks again.

Think I'm going to potency test a batch of gummies i made with i guess my version of RSO not decarbed (besides the heat applied to it in the rice cooker / the simmer while making gummies) and a batch made after taking that oil and putting it in the oven at 250 for 30 minutes with the same amount of oil.
Update: Made a gummy batch with oil from only applying heat from the rice cooker (did not decarb the material prior to the process). Then made a second batch from the same oil that I decarbed at 250 for 30 minutes.

Both tested about the exact same

I made a small batch of quick wash using 200 proof ethanol using 4 oz of alcohol and 1/2 oz. of bud. I let it evaporate about 75%. The alcohol is still way too strong for regular use even if it has picked up a little H2O from the quick wash but a dropper full of the liquid held under your tongue (alcohol ouch) will get you high. Unless someone knows that alcohol itself decarbs weed I am satisfied with the proof. I do agree it is a lot of weed to use for a small return but the high is very different to me and worth it.
