Domes are helpful - until the seed sprouts. And then you don't want to be using a dome. You want gentle airflow on the plant stem. Don't stress too much about RH with small plants. It tends to sort itself out real quick as they grow.

If you get the inkbird I have you can use it to control your exhaust fan. Model ITC-608T $70.00 on Amazon. You can use them to control A/C, Heat, Fans, Humidity by temp and rh. But you can only use any two functions at a time. So in your situation you can plug your exhaust fan into the unit. Set your temp set point and differential. Set your fan speed controller at what ever you want the fan to run at and it will cycle your exhaust fan by tent temp. All you need is a very simple and cheap turn it on humidifier of at least 1 gal capacity. Plug it into the Inkbird. Set the Inkbird up and it will cycle your humidifier. Once you have control of your temps and humidity that leaves lights, watering and feeding. The problem with the AC Infinity system is it requires the humidifier to be on all the time then cycles the exhaust fan to control the rh level in your enclosure. So you use a whole bunch more water and at times it will fire up on temp and rh and pull your rh down really low so your rh spread works out to be more like a possible 30% swing or more. Where if you use the Inkbird you will stay closer to a 10% swing and use much less water. Also get the Inkbird like mine in the pic. They have another popular unit that is cheap for just humidity control. Or cooling/fan control. But there sensors are hardwired in the unit so if you have to replace a rh sensor or a temp sensor it's a pain in the ass for the average stoner. And the rh sensors seem to fail more than the temp sensors. The units I use just plug in and are like $14 to $20 each on the jungle store. Good Luck

Just leave the vent open on the tent. If you get the proper inkbird and set it up right your exhaust fan will not be running all the time nor will your humidifier. Your about to enter into growing properly. Many of the issues you have been dealing with are going to end.

I tried it in the tent but I don't know if it's doing anything it seems to dissipate the vapor to fast with the exhaust and oscillating fan . I tried it in a few different spots inside . Is my in-line fan running to much should my exhaust be on a timer ?
Turn off the oscillating fan first. So long as you’re exchanging air it’s unnecessary.

Keep in mind that those inkbirds arent set it and forget it and if you have a successful grow, in five weeks youll have the total opposite problem you have now. Youll want to get rid of humidity then. Temp/Humidity/VPD monitoring/adjusting is something youll do daily as long as you grow weed. Period. However you want to control it youll always be dicking around with it. Chasing the number. Some days are easier than others it depends on whats going on outside the grow area and outdoors

sounds like a walmart humidifier. Got to get something like the aircare . Something evaporative cus theyre safer for your health. Your going to need the humidifier when your drying your plants anyways. Just read the last comments so Edit: this is all for winter pretty much cus it gets much lower in cold states.

Agree with @madbudand and a dome is much easier to control then the whole tent. Keep the inside misted and you are pretty much 70%+ and happy seedling
For the seedlings They are Hella right. Dome and a spray bottle. If you don't have a way to control temp and humidity with plants after the use of the dome.
I was having this problem over my first grow indoors. So I went and bought a cheap humidifier and the got a Inkbird Temp and humidity controller. I plug in my fan and my humidifier and set how I want it and bam all good now. It is a $40 to 60 dollar investment you will never feel bad about. I couldn't get my RH high enough so I got spider mites 3 times and I cant stand mites. They give my daughters the creep also cause there "spider's".

No, close the vent that supply’s air to the room your tent is in. Home heating & AC systems suck the humidity out of the air.
For my winter grow I also closed off (with paper grocery bag and tape) the HVAC return vent, so it keeps the grow room separate from the home’s system. However, I may need to remove that stuff and open the ceiling vents as the natural increase in heat/humidity occurs this season.
