Now that I’m in flower I need to start the co2, but my dehumidifier is installed out side of the room ducted in on both inlet and outlet. I was wondering if this will cause some problems if the dehum sucks out the co2 and while the co2 travels outdo the room into the unit leak co2 during the process. Any suggestions? Worried about the point the co2 goes from the outlet into the dehum unit and leaks out.

Nice job! I need to duct mine too! I dont see any problem about it but sure it will depend on how tight and good you glued the in/out lets...

Hope your right, the ducts are nice and tight, my concern was once the co2 enters the unit, and escapes from the filter area. I guess I’m being a bit a paranoid, but safety is paramount.

Can you link to the unit you have?

If you are pulling from the growspace and returning to it, chances are your only concern will be on the return since it is pressurized. Any hole will provide an escape route. But I think you will be fine.

Thanks for advice. While I have your ear. The co2 in my room without adding from tank is at 1500, why is it so high? I feel like the co controller never goes on since I put my high at 1500 and my room is steady at that range.
By link I’m assuming the brand of the unit. It’s a work horse and reasonably priced, Waykar 155 pint commercial Dehumidifier, initially I bought Anden but it wasn’t ductable, the newer ones are but too far out of my budget.

Yeah that looks like a nice unit, as long as you are sealed up on the return duct you will be fine.

I responded to your other thread just now - tell me more about your growspace.

probably pick a thread too so all the questions and answers are together, it will make it easier to read.
