Unknown Deficiencies/Issue Please Help

Hello!

I have 4 plants here and they've been doing great until recently. Right now they're in week 4 of Veg and I've run into some issues.

The 2 plants in front seem to be having the exact same issue.

I had turned my spiderfarms light up a bit and ended up letting it get too hot. The leaves ended up curling up and I dimmed the lights and then watered about 2 days later. Today when I checked on them the top is now yellowing and it seems the tips are burnt/dead. I assumed it was nitrogen deficiency but I've added slow release nitrogen into the feed but this issue hasn't changed.

As for the back right one, I watered it yesterday and the leaves are now curling. I had assumed over watering the first time issues came around but after letting the soil dry and watering again yesterday, the issue still happened and I used 1/2 of the water than last time.

I'm using a spiderfarms 1000 at 60%

Temps at 25 - 27 °C

Soil is a mix of fox farms ocean forest, canna coir, and Gaia green 4-4-4

I just started added slow release liquid nitrogen into the water.

Hi, It looks like they are ready to be transplanted to bigger pots. Do the cups they're in have drainage holes? The yellowing could be due to over watering or poor drainage. They may not need additional nutrients yet because Ocean Forest has enough nutrients for several weeks as part of the mix.

Yes they do! I used a pencil and stabbed 5 holes into the bottom of each cup. Wouldn't the soil dry out faster if they were ready for transplant? Right now I'm watering every 3- 4 days

It's a mix of mostly canna coir, cause I mixed 1, 5 gallon pots worth of ocean forest and 1 giant bag of canna coir I don't remember the exact size though

I'm debating between a 1 gal and then transplanting later into a 5 gal or just going straight to 5 gal and only doing it once.

Seem to be gettin the basics wrong. Dont debate on pot size..They shouldn't be in those cups for anymore than 2 week. Its just so the rootball can establish and not over water in a big pot. Id say get them in a 5 gallon now and leave them be for 2 weeks, Use plenty of Mycorrhiza. Just the spray the plants with water seems to have nutrient lockout

Think about using soil or the coir by themselves they don’t mix well in my opinion two different growing styles
