Hi I'm not sure what to do next. I ideally want to top the plant and then LST? When does lst need to start also can you top and do lst? And do I need to defoliate some of the bottom leafs? Many thanks
Hi thanks for the reply I will do just that then.. also I'm growing in soil do I need to check the ph of the water and ph of the soil? And people keep mentioning run off I don't get this? Sorry I'm a complete newbie I'm doing a lot of research just seeing mixed info and what to get it right thanksRight now be patient and let your plant grow.
Yes You can top then LST. It’s all about making one change at a time, giving the plant time to respond and adapt, then make another change.
they look about 6 or 7 inches. I would grow them to 10 inches then cut back the upper most 3 leave nodes when you top. Once you get new growth that can me tied down with yarn or something to have your low stress training.
Yes to checking ph for water and soil. I don’t like to have much run off because it’s a waste of nutrients. I only test my runoff if my plants look like they’re having issues. If you have a soil test, it checks the soil pHHi thanks for the reply I will do just that then.. also I'm growing in soil do I need to check the ph of the water and ph of the soil?
