What do you all see?
Are these clear or cloudy (my first grow and I’m not positive what y’all would call these)
Smokable?
First three pics are one of my Trainwreck’s
Other three are of my Grandaddy purple

Technically you can go ahead and chop them and they will be smokable. It's hard to tell with 100% accuracy, but it looks like majority has turned milky. If you let it go a couple more days and start seeing a couple of amber tricolmes popping up, then it'd probably safe to chop them. I guess the rule of thumb for trichomes that I was taught was if it looks clear and glassy they're too immature. If it looks like plastic then they're at the peak potency and when you start seeing Amber trichomes usually that means that is definitely mature. The longer you let the amber tricoms pop up the THC is degrading.

Ok at this point I’m pushing as long as I can, snipping bud rot here and there. So that’s good information that I can go wherever and still get something out of it 🤣 I’m gonna wait longer, but we got three solid days of rain coming starting Sunday.
Would they be ok in my garage for three days straight with minimal sun light? I can keep door open, but they won’t get any direct sun?

They would probably be fine for a day or two with indirect sunlight. I'm fighting Bud. Rot issues myself but I have inground plants so I just have to fight the elements and keep shaking them off and blow drying them. If you by any chance have a grow light or some type of intense light I would definitely kind of set that up in the garage and put it over them if possible to have some form of light.

Rainy days the garage humidity will be near 90%. I’d put a fan on them.

Basically my entire summers fun with HEAT, she has been a handful, have had a few runs now in modern times, did a gardening just out of high school back in the 90’s & things have refined so it blows my mind every time I watch one grow but, anyway, I’m headed in to week 8, got this girl as a last minute surprise from a friend started inside and about maybe a foot tall & basically threw together some soil, worm casting and chicken shit in a 3x3 hole I’d already dug out just for such😁 but it’s done great! Grape gas is what it’s supposed to be and she’s been fussy all summer but its been knocking on 100 degrees or over breaking records all year and now I’m battling caterpillars right here after seaweed kelp was my fix for heat stress rather impressively, lightly trained her back around the flip, gently thinning her out along the way has really gotten the air moving and got her back booming to the finish after a light leak i think and re-veg panic! But this is a bonus here and I’m pretty excited to see it in about two more weeks! Look forward to learning more here!

Soaking up the sun today, and hopefully tomorrow too. Staked up some of the heavier buds, they're really bending now if they get wet. Doing daily inspections and blow outs with the leaf blower. Need to check the other ladies soon.
